Job Description

MISSION:

Responsible for Omni channel online marketing in planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate must be both insanely creative and analytical and is able to make data-informed decisions while keeping a consumer-focused mindset. This role will focus on building GO!/ Big C Hyper brand, user acquisition, and engagement, design and oversee all digital promotions and marketing campaigns in order to drive traffics and sales to digital platforms.

ACTIVITIES:

I. General:

  • Responsible for development, planning, execution, and management of the promotion & digital marketing campaign, and branding communication.
  • Managing Agencies and Coordinating internal departments in order to make good performance of Digital campaign and communication.
  • Coaching, Support and manage team to deliver tasks.
  • Work with line department to ensure sufficient marketing support in the market across omni -channels.
  • Design marketing campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of business.
  • Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both online and offline channels.
  • Organize market research and report results to the business.
  • Checking all contents and information prepared by Agency before applying for Digital communication in order to ensure correct information, good impact for Brand images and attract well customers.

II. Digital Marketing Management:

Function 1: Mobile App/ Web Marketing

  • Responsible for increase number of install, mobile app account, mobile app transactions
  • Increase daily mobile app traffic via app marketing tactics, activities.
  • Analyze customer behaviors data to findout keypoint that help to improve campaign performance.
  • Cooperate with Mobile App product team to integrate & develop new feature support for app maketing like: push notification, mini game, automated marketing tools,..

Function 2: SEO & Organic Channel Marketing

  • Develope long term strategy to increase app, web traffics, transactions via organic channel (Social Media, Zalo, Email,.....).
  • Develop SEO strategy and cooperate with IT team, Content team to implement the strategy.
  • Manage SEO/Social media team/ agency follow weekly, monthly plan and KPI.

Function 3: Paid Media Marketing

  • Propose paid channel plan with KPI & Budget.
  • Cooperate with in-house, agency team to follow the plan.

Function 4: Reporting & ROI analysze

  • Keep tracked all customer data, customer behaviors, media activities.
  • Cooperate with Reporting team to build dashboard for MKT report.
  • Monitor performance of each channel and optimize to maximize ROI.

III. Other Activities:

  • Work with IT product team to implement tracking, digital marketing tool, optimize user expericence.
  • Coordinate with agencies, partners, and other departments for cooperate campaign.
  • Other activities follow company strategy & business requirements

III. Campaign Management:

  • Develop and monitor campaign planning and budgets including promotions, content, visual and media in all digital platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing and sales results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our traffic, conversion rate, sales....

Job Requirement

Functional knowledges & Experience:

  • At least 4 - 8 years experiences in digital marketing for e-commerce
  • Strong experience with mobile app, paids ad, SEO.
  • Good management skills.
  • Sales and Performance oriented.
  • Experience in Retail Ecommerce Industry.

Functional skill:

  • Strong analysis skills.
  • Good Communication.
  • Listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
