Job Description
MISSION
In your role, you will support Omni-channel Campaigns (& Partnership initiatives) from concept to visualization. This role will focus on designing all assets and creating a high-quality product mockups for GO! & Big C Omni.
ACTIVITIES
- Conceptualize Campaign vision, harness original graphics, copy, website, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Develop & create attractive designs for both print and digital media, including leaflet/ POP A4-A5/ Standee, social media and advertising on Facebook, Google, other media channels with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the internal team.
- Manage quality of visual products of oneself and/or of junior designers and third parties from production to usage of clients.
- Independently lead visual projects as assigned by Manager.
- Get feedback and evaluation from the internal team and partners to enhance visual services.
- Understand best practices for social media, web, and email including how to create successful, engaging design for each platform.
- Comply with standard working process, defined project working plan, communication, feedback, and reporting rules.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
COMPETENCIES
Functional knowledge & experience:
• Over 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping.
• Have basic motion graphic, and video editing skills and familiar with Capcut, Canva…

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Education: Bachelor of Marketing, Fine Arts, Graduation certificate of Graphic Design course is required or a related field (preferred).
Seniority: Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer role
Language: English (intermediate)
Office skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Motion design graphic
